As a reminder, get up and just go! Even if you don’t have a gym membership, go sign up for one. Also many of you have home and/or apartment gyms. It’s definitely ok to start somewhere. Start walking or running for that matter to get a head start. Either way you can always make time to create a better you.
So of course after the morning workout I worked up a massive hunger attack! Good news is I did find a new market place in the area to help out. I have a new found love for the local market spots bc everything is so “homegrown” and maybe more on the organic side. Anyway, after about an hour I got a few things and the hunger strike was over.
Today overall was a great start to the new year, the weather was a bit gloomy, rainy and overcast but it was about 60 all day. I did my usual outing and of course the mall is coming up this Friday so stay tuned! Other than that, hope everyone had a great start to the year and stay healthy!
I hope everyone has a great new year! 2013 was great and I hope for even better in 2014. This year I got back myself back on track in alot of ways and fitness was part of it all. I find myself being so passionate about it now and progress makes perfect! I’ve dropped a lot of weight, and I have to continue to train harder. I want to get as lean as possible and changing my diet was also a key factor. I will continue to motivate others, send care packages and more! Also I’m huge on fashion and I believe Nike and New Balance are my all time favorite sneakers hands down! To be more specific, the Nike Dunk, KD’s and Kobe’s on the Nike side. As for New Balance: the 574′s and the Herschel 420′s (just to name a few). So yes I will keep you guys updated on what I’m wearing and do a couple outfit grids and all. Anyway, I’m off to work now…see you guys at the gym 2014!!!
